As Vice President of Operations, Jill Gauthier supports organizational growth by optimizing operations and driving revenue efficiency. She leads strategic planning, execution, and management across various areas, including group tours, retail, e-commerce, venue events, facilities, and IT.
Jill has over 25 years of experience in business growth, sales strategy, and operational leadership, with a background that includes roles at the University of Notre Dame, Navy Pier, and as an accomplished entrepreneur in the optical industry. She holds Executive MBA certificates from Notre Dame’s Mendoza College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Columbia College. Her portfolio includes managing high-profile events and projects such as the Louis Vuitton America’s Cup Chicago, Rolling Stones Exhibitionism Tour, and Chicago Cubs World Series Celebration.
